For the fourth time within a week, First Virginia Financial has continued to call me for a payment. The local office has one amount, corporate has another.

When I spoke to a CSR back at the beginning of the week, I told him that on today, July 29, to take out $30.00 and not a penny more. This was as a result of another CSR calling my family member because as I was told" part of the agreement". That part of the agreement states that if the person CANNOT be contacted.

That CSR told me that I would NOT get another reminder call until 8/13.

Two days later, I get a call from another CSR from First VA local office stating that a payment is due. I asked this person plus the person from earlier if this was noted in their system. The local office had NOT received any notification.

Yesterday, I get a call about the payment. What happened I was told that it was a clerical error that resulted in my name being placed on the call list! I asked again, if payment for today was noted. Yes, but because of one mistake from the office, I was put back on collections lists.

At 8:30am this morning, I get another automated call to contact this office concerning "an important business manner" I called and said that if this was First VA calling me again, I was ready to light into someone" because I should not have been receiving any more calls. She informs me that yes it showed that a payment was to be processed to day for $9.63. I was very angry that I would be blasted by these repeated phone calls. I flat out said, I am tired of being lied to by CSR who said that I would NOT be getting any more phone calls, they know a payment was to be processed today, she tells me that it automated call and frankly, I hung up on her! Which I really try not do.

Now, I am beyond "pissed" and am asking if there any resource on this site, meaning is there any one that is considering taking any further action, because I am ready. Yes, I know I owe, and it's a small amount. This is absolutely insane!

The company has changed to where it is corporate office of Check Smart and the phone numbers: 1-86*-354-**** or on the phone "Easy Money#109 1-20*-536-****.

Reason of review: Very ANGRY.

Preferred solution: One: Communicate with each other, corporate AND Local offices Two: Get your computer systems straight. When a customer states for you to do an ACH on a given day, there is NO reason for constant phone calls. NONE! .

First Virginia Loans Cons: Constant phone calls i said payment was to come out today, Corporate would have taken it out at midnight, Money would have been removed wo any notice.
